We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 with no paid staff. Collaborations with other arts organizations, along with grant support and private sponsorships, allow us to present performances. Beginning in the 2006-2007 season, we presented our four concerts at the Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Center (ASC) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). This agreement gave us our first venue home and valuable assistance from the ASC staff.

Volunteer board members perform all other services necessary to the growth and success of our organization. In February 2007, we formed our first Development Committee to plan and direct all fundraising, including liasing with the ASC, writing grant applications, making presentations to potential donors and sponsors, and conducting private fundraising events.
