Our Board of Directors is dedicated to building new audiences of all ages from across the entire Birmingham community.
We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 with no paid staff. Volunteer board members perform all other services necessary to the growth and success of our organization.
In February 2007, we formed our first Development Committee to plan and direct all fundraising, including liasing with the ASC, writing grant applications, making presentations to potential donors and sponsors, and conducting private fundraising events.
Collaborations with other arts organizations, along with grant support and private sponsorships, allow us to present performances.
